Can I modify an already purchased ticket?

It is not technically possible to edit the details of an already purchased ticket, including the passenger's name, surname, Personal ID Number, departure time, or departure station.
If any of the information on your ticket is incorrect or needs to be changed, you must first cancel the existing ticket in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is complete, you can purchase a new ticket with the correct information.
Please note that the information provided on the ticket must match the passenger's valid identification document. If the details do not match, the ticket may be considered invalid and you may not be permitted to travel.
